James L. Moseley is Professor Emeritus in Learning Design and Technology at Wayne State University’s College of Education. He teaches, writes, and directs dissertations in performance improvement, program evaluation, and gerontology education. He is co-author of seven books of which five have received ISPI’s Outstanding Communication Award. He formerly was co-editor-in-chief of the Performance Improvement Journal.
