Kathleen Fortney, EdD, has experience in training design and development, project management, business analysis, and performance consulting. She has led a number of learning and performance initiatives for Fortune 500 corporations including design and development of e-learning, ILT, process documentation, change management, and performance support portals, including several Brandon Hall award winners. She has been a speaker at ISPI, ASTDTech, Women Connect, and the Chicagoland eLearning Technology Showcase, and has taught graduate courses at NIU.
