Performance Improvement in a VUCA World

The performance improvement process determined human and institutional capacities necessary to achieve vision 2030; and the current performance of the management of the education system, gaps and causes, and provided performance solutions to improve management. Participants will experience how this process proceeded and how obstacles were met, how breakthroughs were built upon, and how a consensus for transformation of the system to a higher performance level was achieved and have the opportunity to recommend their own solutions that might affect stability.

More About This Speaker

Randal Joy Thompson, CPT, PhD, is an international development professional with over 30 years of experience. A US Diplomat for 28 years, she now consults worldwide in the areas of monitoring and evaluation, organization capacity development, women’s leadership, and gender equality. She is president of Dream Connect Global, a social media site that builds dream communities around the world to help people everywhere achieve their dreams and positively affect the world. Previously, she was chief-of-party for evaluation projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Liberia, and Iraq, and held positions in several countries in Central and Eastern Europe, North Africa, and Africa. She has published articles on women’s leadership, evaluation, appreciative inquiry, and technology, and currently is researching women’s roles in the Commons. She earned her PhD in Human and Organization Systems from Fielding Graduate University. Her MA in Biblical Exposition is from Capital Bible Seminary; her MBA and MA from the University of Chicago; and her BA in Philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley.
