Measuring Performance Improvement Outcomes for ATIPfund
USAID/Georgia Human and Institutional Capacity Development 2020 Activity (HICD 2020) implements an HICD program with State Fund for Protection and Assistance of Victims of Human Trafficking (ATIPfund). This session will explore how the project is using HPT to improve the performance of ATIPfund, what challenges were encountered during the process, and what are the lessons learned. The session will enhance participants’ perspectives on the benefits and opportunities of performing HPT in developing countries.
More About This Speaker
Roman Tsutskiridze, CPT, is an international development professional with almost 20 years of experience in international development and capacity-building interventions for USAID projects in Georgia. He currently leads the HICD 2020 project implemented by Mendez England and Associates (ME&A). He has extensive experience coordinating with governments, donor agencies, and international and local organizations to manage projects and develop new activities. He is experienced in facilitating sessions to different audiences, including presentations at the ISPI EMEA conferences in Lisbon, Portugal (2012), Warsaw, Poland (2014), and Bonn, Germany (2016).
