Implementing Performance Improvement in Large Business Units

More and more companies in China are embracing the HPT. It remains a challenge, however, to implement HPT interventions in large organizations with complex structures effectively and efficiently. This session highlights the case of Ping An, a large insurance company in Southern China, utilizing HPT to improve performance of multiple business units. Particular attention was paid on the analysis, intervention design and implementation steps.  This session will benefit other HPT practitioners in similar situations.

More About This Speaker

Frank Q. Fu, CPT, PhD, is an associate professor of Marketing at the University of Missouri – St. Louis. He has published articles in academic journals including the PIJ and presented at multiple ISPI conferences. In addition to teaching, he strives to help organizations in both the United States and China improve their business performance through consulting and advising efforts. He is a founding member the ISPI China Chapter and served on the ISPI St. Louis Chapter board.
