In this presentation, insights from tools deployed and preliminary results achieved will be shared.You will be surprised by the outcomes! Discussions will include the major issues encountered at the “soft side” of performance improvement like vague goals, lack of trust, and finally the effect of a lack of clear vision. You will be challenged to discuss a Dutch approach starting each intervention with a systemic assessment on three levels. The outcome will also relate to the characteristic of each management team member and the management team. Pitfalls encountered during the performance improvement interventions will also be shared. Some tools used turned out to be very worthwhile and will also be available during this session.

Wim Nijman has 35 years of experience in training and consultancy on various managerial levels, from training manager to CEO. Since 2007 he has been working as an independent HPI and Senior Birkman Consultant and supports Aicon Impact on developing their concept and analyzing important issues of performance improvement and change management. He works 50% pro-bono.
